On its second day, Coolie collected $799K, taking its total to a massive $4.770 million. The Telugu version alone has contributed $1.47 million.
The film’s record-breaking premieres and consistent momentum have solidified its position as one of the biggest Tamil openers ever in North America.
War 2 Steady But Behind
Meanwhile, War 2 brought in $576K on Day 2, pushing its total to $1.995 million. Out of this, the Telugu version has accounted for $667K.
While the film is performing respectably, it remains significantly behind Coolie in the box office race.
