The online user claimed she should have “chosen a better surgeon” after her recent look sparked fresh cosmetic surgery rumours.
Mouni hit back, asking the troll to “do something worthwhile” and to spread love instead of negativity.
Mouni has often been at the receiving end of plastic surgery chatter, with speculations about lip jobs and forehead procedures.
Earlier this year too, she dismissed such remarks calmly, saying she never bothers to read such comments. The actress remains firm that online trolling will not affect her confidence or her work.
