Meher Ramesh, the director who is making Bhola Shankar with Chiranjeevi is making it happen. A scene is designed between Chiranjeevi and Srimukhi taking direct inspiration from Pawan-Bhumika's navel scene from Khushi.
As per the scene, Srimukhi alleges that Chiranjeevi saw her navel.
