Censor Board Holds Sye Raa Censor Certificate!

In a major twist, Regional Censor Board of India today informed Telangana High Court that it had not yet given the certificate to 'Sye Raa'. The certificate has been put on hold.

The film has already been censored and the team has announced that they have received UA certificate. However, the board not given the certificate. It still needs final clearance from the Court.

Ketireddy Jagadeeshwar Reddy on behalf of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy Seva Samithi filed a case against the filmmakers for not giving money to the family members of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy as the makers have made a film on the freedom warrior.

Director Surender Reddy claimed that the film is not biopic on Uyayalawada Narasimha Reddy, it is based on the legend.

High Court postponed the case for further hearing to next Monday. The film is slated for October 2nd.

It is now time that Ram Charan needs to settle the issue out of court and pay money to the family members of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy if he wants smooth release of the movie.
