Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s first film Arjun Reddy had an extensive duration of 3 hrs and 2 mins.
It was a big surprise, because Vijay Deverakonda didn’t have a potential hit other than Pelli Choopulu. However, the movie turned out to be a cult hit.
Arjun Reddy was later remade in Hindi as Kabir Singh and the Shahid Kapoor starrer was also a commercial hit.
Meanwhile, the director’s new film Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor has completed its censor formality and it received an A certificate.
Given the movie has enough action blocks and violence, A certificate is justified. The director locked a lengthy runtime of 3.21 hours. This is going to be the lengthiest movie in last few years.

Seems like, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is confident enough to engage the audience in theatres with such a lengthy duration.
The film that also featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol will grace the cinemas on December 1st.
The makers will be unveiling the film’s theatrical trailer tomorrow.
