Allu Cinemas is set to elevate Hyderabad’s movie-watching experience with the launch of India’s largest Dolby Cinema screen.

Located in Kokapet, the colossal 75-ft-wide screen will operate in the DCI Flat 1.85:1 format and promises stunning visuals powered by Dolby Vision and Dolby 3D projection technology.

The theatre will also feature a cutting-edge Dolby Atmos audio system, delivering rich, multidimensional sound designed to fully immerse viewers.

To complement the premium tech, Allu Cinemas is introducing pitch-black stadium seating for maximum comfort and distraction-free viewing.

The grand opening is expected to align with the release of James Cameron’s much-awaited Avatar: Fire and Ash, adding to the excitement.

Scheduled for a Sankranthi 2026 debut, Allu Cineplex will become one of just six Dolby Cinema installations in India, further cementing Hyderabad’s reputation as a hub for world-class cinema experiences.

The move reflects the city’s growing demand for high-end theatrical formats. With anticipation building, cinephiles are waiting eagerly for the official opening date.
