All through last year, Tollywood big stars had invited Kannada cinema’s rising director Prasanth Neel to Hyderabad and asked him to narrate the stories.
Back then media wrote dozens of articles about various combinations with this director. But as it turns out now, none of these so-called big projects are taking place this year.
The ‘KGF’ director is now busy completing a sequel to it. ‘KGF 2’ will release this July.
After the release of the movie, he can focus on his Telugu debut movie but by then except Mahesh Babu, no big star will be available for him to start the movie.
Prasanth Neel and NTR had met for a possible collaboration but NTR will now work with Trivikram from June or July and after that, he will team with Koratala Siva.
Prabhas, on the other hand, has already signed Sandeep Vanga’s film which will make him busy for another one and half years.
Ram Charan wants to team up with young Telugu talent. So, there is no scope for Prasanth Neel to start his Telugu movie immediately.
Mahesh Babu can allot dates to him if he wishes to do another film simultaneously with Vamshi Paidipally’s.
