Akhanda 2: Paid Premieres, But Regular Ticket Prices

“Akhanda 2” is gearing up for its grand release this weekend, with paid premieres set to take place two days earlier.

Producers Gopi Achanta and Ram Achanta have confirmed that special shows will be held across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on 4th December.

“We have applied for permission to conduct paid premieres on December 4th at 8 PM or 9 PM. We are awaiting government approval,” the producers told the media.

They also clarified that ticket prices will not be increased abnormally on release day. Aside from the standard first-day hike permitted by the government, prices will remain normal.

The only premium pricing will apply to the paid premiere shows.

The Telangana government is reportedly inclined to grant permission, especially after recently approving premiere shows for Pawan Kalyan’s OG.

Additionally, Nandamuri Balakrishna is said to share cordial ties with Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, whose political roots trace back to the TDP—further fueling confidence that permissions will be granted smoothly.
