Sunny Deol, currently enjoying the success of 'Gadar 2,' has reportedly encountered financial trouble due to unpaid dues.

As per reports on Timesnownews.com, the actor has received a notice from a bank for outstanding dues totaling over Rs 55 crore.

Furthermore, it's been disclosed that Sunny's Juhu property, Sunny Villa, is scheduled for e-auction on September 25 to recover the unpaid amount.

The bank has already released an advertisement for the auction, setting a reserve price of Rs 51.43 crore.

The ad identifies Ajay Singh Deol, also known as Sunny Deol, as the borrower/guarantor, alongside his father Dharmendra.

The sequel to the 2001 hit film 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' is steadily approaching the 400-crore mark at the global box office, with current collections exceeding Rs 395 crore.

Directed by Anil Sharma, the film saw Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprising their roles as Tara Singh and Sakeena, earning endless love from the audience.
