Mythri Movie Makers, the leading production house, that shot to fame in Tollywood with two big hits “Srimanthudu” and “Janatha Garage” is now facing huge problem as lots of their money is stuck with celebrities in the form of advance amount.
In order to turn popular and get dates of top stars and directors, the production house has paid huge amounts to several directors and actors as advance.
Now the production house has “Rangasthalam” and “Savyasachi” on the sets but many other movies are taking time to materialize.
They have paid shocking amount to Pawan Kalyan last year to get his immediate dates but the star is now dillydallying about the project.
There is a joke in the industry that if an actor or director has not received an advance from Mythri, then he/ she is not worth considering.
Although they made headway with this tactic initially, it has now become a huge headache for them with money stagnating with no returns.
