Kayadu Lohar is one of the most happening actresses in the South right now. She hails from Assam but has become a sought-after name across the Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam industries.
She is currently seen in Palli Chattambi, which is running in theatres, while her recent Telugu release was Funky.
Though she has around five films under production in Tamil and Malayalam, she continues to receive offers from all directions. However, she is not signing many of them. The reason is her commitment to a big-budget film, The Paradise.
As per the agreement, she must be available for shoots whenever required, without citing other commitments. This has put constant pressure on her schedule until the film is completed and released.
Some filmmakers are understanding of the situation and still sign her, while others hesitate due to scheduling concerns. As a result, she is missing out on a few opportunities because of The Paradise.
That said, since The Paradise is a high-budget project, she has likely been paid well. The focus and priority she is giving the film could pay off significantly if it turns out to be a success.
