It is heard that Shanti Swaroop has properties running into crores and for example, he was the owner of the land in Chikkadpally which was sold to Chandana Brothers. It is also said that Swaroop has got lands in DD colony and his own home is worth close to Rs1 crore near Ramanthapur.
Even today, Shanti Swaroop’s voice is famous as any other celebrity and his voice gets mimicked. He is said to be quite happy with DD even now since his real income is from lands and rentals. He is also said to have few apartments and the list seems to go on. Although he got calls from many private channels he never agreed upon them.
