From the selection of key cast members to technical crew, they give their preferences to the director and producer. This has been the practice in the movie industry for long time.
But in the case of “Janatha Garage”, reports are emerging that NTR Jr is interfering in different aspect of the movie.
When a big banner delivers a big hit, the buyers of the movie prefer to work with the same banner for next movies too.
Likewise, the banner “Mythri Movie Makers” has developed a special group of distributors with their blockbuster movie “Srimanthudu”. Hence the production house has planned to give the rights of “Janatha Garage” to the same group of distributors but it didn’t work out due to the involvement of NTR.
Buzz is that NTR asked the producers to give the movie’s rights his choice of distributors for different areas. So, the Mythri Movie Makers is forced to change the distributors although they committed to their group of buyers.
