Everyone dreams of targeting Pan-India cinema, a wild ambition of being recognized by the entire nation. But that is not possible for everyone.
It wouldn't happen with mere aiming, but with acceptance and luck. Among such youngsters is a hero who is the son of a popular Tollywood personality. He is known in Bollywood as well, but for failures than successes.
Recently, a producer approached this hero believing he would suit a particular story. After listening to the narration, the hero showed a video on his phone.
It was a glimpse. It looked grand and was made on a KGF-level scale. The hero had this glimpse made for himself, projecting his own image.
He confidently said that he wanted to work in a film like that. The producer politely responded, “Yes, the glimpse is impressive, but honestly, it does not suit you,” and left.
Many young heroes today, even without having films in hand, keep wasting time by saying, “I will only do Pan-India films” or “I will only do hardcore mass films.”
Reality hits them only when age catches up. By then, even the property given by their fathers gets exhausted.
If a hero keeps dreaming only of Pan-India films and continues making self-promotional show reels without grounding himself in reality, he will end up nowhere in this highly competitive industry.
Desire and ambition aiming at the 'sky' must always be in sync with practicality.
