Top producer Dil Raju is a worried man. As GreatAndhra.com reported earlier, the corona crisis has severely affected him as all his investments in various projects have stuck.
Rs 150 Crore is on the sets. Nearly Rs 150 crore of investment will continue to remain in sleep mode for another year or so.
He invested heavily in three projects - Pawan Kalyan’s “Vakeel Saab”, Nani and Sudheer Babu’s “V”, and the Bollywood remake of “Jersey”.
Pawan Kalyan’s “Vakeel Saab” and “Jersey” remake will only release next year. Till then he could not recover the investment. He may recover partial amount with the release of “V” later this year.
With such a hefty amount is stuck on the sets, Dil Raju has stopped announcing new projects. He is not showing interest to buy the rights of other biggies as well.
