Director YVS Chowdary’s Rey was supposed to release in February. But the film ran into financial troubles and struggling to find takers.
Sai Dharam Tej, nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi has been waiting eagerly to see his debut film hit the screens. Chowdary is planning to release Rey on May 9th.
This day has a special place in the hearts of Mega fans. Chiranjeevi scored consecutive blockbusters on the same date in 1990 and 1991 with Jagadeka Veerudu Atiloka Sundari and Gangleader respectively.
YVS Chowdary is targeting that Mega special date to try his luck with Rey.Chowdary is using every trick for this film to attract mega fans.
First it was Allu Arjun who launched the A to Z look of Rey. Later Pawan Kalyan launched the audio of the film. Now Chiranjeevi’s lucky date is fixed for release.
Ram Charan is expected to attend the audio success function of Rey very soon. Hope Varun Tej’s film doesn’t come earlier than Rey. If it does YVS won’t leave the opportunity of cashing in on the new entrant of mega family too.
