Allu Arjun is so grateful to Thaman for giving his career best soundtrack for Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo that played the major role in the movie's blockbuster success.
He is reportedly asking Sukumar to consider Thaman for #AA20 in place of Devi Sri Prasad.
But Sukumar has been working with DSP since Arya and they share a very good bond. In fact, DSP's music for Rangasthalam was sensational and there is absolutely no reason for Sukumar to replace him at the moment.
However, Allu Arjun is not interested to go with DSP, who is currently going through bad phase as a music director.
Although Allu Arjun has the power to replace any actor or technician, he may not upset Sukumar by replacing his key technician.
He is trying his best to get Thaman on board, though. #AA20 was originally planned for Sankranthi 2021.
We have to wait and see whether it sticks to that date despite #RRR.
