The great leader and late chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s 62nd birthday was celebrated in Detroit on Sunday, 10th July.
Several NRI YSR congress party activists and local Telugu community leaders spoke on the occasion and cut the cake. They remembered the golden regime of Dr.YSR and the popular schemes that were implemented by him for the welfare of farmers, women, minorities, other weaker sections, and poor people of Andhra Pradesh. Several speakers quoted how Dr. YSR touched the hearts of millions of people.
They said the demise of Dr.YSR is a great loss to our state. Dr YSR was a role model Chief Minister and he has practically shown to this generation and future generations the significance of leadership in understanding and addressing the needs of people.
Several speakers expressed the hope that YS Jagan will come to power and fulfill the goals and ambitions set by the great leader YSR.
YSR congress party activists Lingala Hariprasad Reddy, Beeram Venkat Reddy, Yugandhar, Chittaluri Srinivas, Atmakuru Vinod, Kukunoor Vinod, Yadam Balaji, Nagender Gali, Sunil Manduti, Ravi Kiran, Yarlagadda Sivaram, Sagar Maramreddy, Purashotham Kukati, Sambi Reddy and others participated in the event.
