The real estate market in Hyderabad is quite a prosperous avenue if proper planning and execution is done. There are many takers for new properties and with taste and awareness on the rise they also know what they want for their dream home. Usually Hyderabad real estate is considered a buyer’s market.
However, a new trend seems to have begun wherein one will start thinking if it is a seller’s market. The reason we say this is after getting reports about few building owners setting up new rules. Apparently, some apartments are coming up with a special board which reads “All Flats Are Strictly For Pure Vegetarians Only. Please Make Note.”
At a time when a realtor would simply try to build a building, sell it and make his money there seem to be those who have their own set of beliefs and sentiments. While the concept of vegetarian apartment is interesting, it remains to be seen how soon these flats will be sold.
