Chicago Telugu Association (CTA) is inaugurated by Ambassador Mr. Ashok Kumar Attri, Consulate General of India in Chicago, USA during a spectacular event held at Balaji Temple Auditorium. Mr. Ashok Kumar launched the Telugu Flag released by Adhikara Bhasha Sangam. It’s a great honor for Chicago Telugu Association and community in USA, to have this opportunity to hoist the Telugu Flag. Telugu Community members in Chicago and telugu people came from 15 states has witnessed this great honourable event. On this occasion Mr. Ashok Kumar greeted the audience with traditional telugu by saying “Namaskaram”. He emphasized the need to preserve the mother tongue and culture.
This event was attended by CTA founders Ravi Achanta, Praveen Moturu and it was a huge show of mammoth Telugu Youth at great display where more than 700 people gathered to witness the inauguration ceremony. This event was presided over by Mr. Rao Achanta.
