North America Telugu Society (NATS) regrets to inform you that a Software Consultant Chandra Narayana Murthy Bammidi aged 49 passed away in Deerfield Beach, Florida during the early hours of Sunday, August 9, 2009. He is survived by a wife and two kids, a girl aged 15 and a boy aged 10. He is a native of Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. His family is in a state of shock and trying to cope with the gravity of the loss.
He was the only source of income for the family and was on H1B visa without projects for the last six months. The family needs financial support to complete the immediate formalities including funeral services and permanent relocation of the family to India.
NATS Helpline team along with the local association, Telugu Association of South Florida is actively helping the family along and volunteers are:
- Making funeral arrangements
- Counseling the family and providing much needed emotional support at this hour of despair
- Addressing the immediate financial needs
- Working with the employer (consulting firm) to resolve any insurance claims issues
- Reaching out to NATS members and Telugu community at large for donations
We request contributions from all of you to support this Telugu family in need.
