Although there has been some hibernation with respect to Chiranjeevi's political entry it is certain that the assumptions aren't ceased. What happens if he sets up a new political party? What happens if he joins hands with communists? What happens if he unites with BSP? All these questions have been in vogue among the political circles and people of AP as well.
The fresh assumption among many is about Chiranjeevi's joining hands with BSP. The key people in BSP are finding ways to pull in Chiranjeevi into their party. But the process that worked for BSP in UP cannot be worked well in AP, say many scholars.
"The Brahmins in UP are considered to be weaker section who are financially deprived. Many of Brahmins in UP are living in poor conditions and hence they have shown their unity along with other back ward communities. But the plight in AP is completely different. Here Brahmins may not show inclination to continue friendly relation with SCs and other weaker communities. And it is also difficult to bring unity among many communities in AP. The agenda itself is an absurd in AP. And if Chiranjeevi enters this party there would be protest from all OC communities in AP", opined Ramachandra, a journalist.
There is a bigger analytical opinion collected from Osmania University.
"Chiranjeevi wouldn't step into politics. Things are not favorable for him as of now. The disturbance in his family front is one set back for him. On the other hand a few big politicians are finding ways to keep him in similar disturbances and not give him vent to think about his political entry. Dasari is planning to pull him in different way. Communists are trying in other way. Fans are wishing something different (to set up new party). Allu Aravind wants Chiranjeevi to use Kapu card and get into politics. But Chiranjeevi, as usually, trying to find a way that impresses maximum number of people. But that proves to be an uphill task. Chiranjeevi cannot continue with same image once he enters politics. Chiranjeevi always wants to project him as a good person and wishes that people should always assume him to be good. But that is not possible once he steps into politics. He is very sensitive that his facial expressions turned pale when Mohan Babu said something referring him indirectly in Platinum Jubilee of Tollywood. He moved with emotion for not receiving anything directly. But in today's politics, someone called Chandrababu a 'kojja'. Chandrababu shouted on someone saying 'shut up'. YSR called someone 'dunnapothu'. Someone called YSR 'donga'. All these abusing words become day-to-day funda if Chiranjeevi enters politics. Can he tolerate such things? Chiranjeevi cannot enter politics in any form. Even though he enters he would run away in the middle affecting his mental health", said a professor in Osmania University.
Rumors spread wide stating that Chiranjeevi will be announcing his party on October 2nd this year. But the day passed on silently. It is now said that Chiranjeevi would announce party on 2 nd Oct 2008 if the elections fall in 2009 March. If the mid term hits the time, then he continues his silence, as said by another opinion.
We have to see what happens to Chiru's politics in near future. The impressions and analytical opinions of people are also not unanimous and changing from time to time. The above opinions are formed by people basing on Chiranjeevi's present status.
