Sania Mirza might be very much relieved by getting rid of Ayesha Siddiqui from her fiancé Shoaib Malik, but the first wife continue to a scar in her life forever.
Qazi, Azmatullah Jafri, who is solemnizing the Sania-Shoaib marriage on April 15 made it clear that Sania would be treated as his second wife. Jafri, an acquaintance of the Mirza family who had overseen the divorce proceedings of Shoaib and Ayesha three days ago, said: “In Shoaib's marriage document it will be recorded as his second marriage."
In accordance with Islamic tradition, the Qazi will recite Quranic verses and fill a prescribed forms with details of the bride and groom before declaring them husband and wife in the presence of two witnesses and the girl's father. The marriage certificate will include details like whether it is the groom's first or second marriage and how much alimony will be paid to the first wife.
In other words, Shoaib will be Sania’s second hand husband. The ace tennis star who always prefers original and new things during her shopping, has now to be put up with second-hand husband. But one wag commented: “Nothing to worry. For Shoaib, too, Sania is not a fresh good. She had quite a few affairs in the past.”
