Real Estate: Danger Bells For Public From January

For some reason, the real estate segment in Andhra Pradesh took a revolutionary change over the past few years. Though Hyderabad is considered the nucleus, a fair amount of transformation has been observed in the two tier cities such as Vizag, Vijayawada and the towns as well. But thanks to the global recession things fell rampantly.

The final nail on the head was hit with the Telangana agitation triggered by KCR. Now, the recession factor has been countered but the T-factor is yet to be resolved. So, the market analysts and many realtors are saying that the month of January is going to be quite crucial for the public. If the SKC report goes in favor of a separate Telangana state, more than the government it is the middlemen and brokers in the Andhra and coastal region who would hike up the prices and skyshoot the real estate market. While some tend to gain, there are those who will lose.

On the other hand, if the SKC report were to go against Telangana, then the regular chaos might be happening (unless government takes some tough stands) and this could affect the situation in the capital city. Either ways, more than anyone else, it is the common man who will have the sword hanging over his head if he is looking at making investments or build that dream house of his.

As of today, there are many young couple who got stuck badly due to the T-issue but then, let us hope that something good happens to the benefit of the state and most importantly, not for a particular Telanganite or Andhrite but for the original Teluguite.
