Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s long-awaited dream home is finally ready — and it’s nothing short of breathtaking.
A viral video has revealed the first clear glimpse of their six-storey luxury bungalow in Mumbai, reportedly worth ₹250 crore.
This isn’t just another star address — the mansion stands on the legacy property once owned by Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, later passed to Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. Now, it’s Ranbir and Alia’s turn to carry the family legacy forward.
The grey façade is softened with lush greenery as every balcony blooms with plants. Glittering chandeliers peek through the windows, hinting at soaring interiors and luxe living spaces inside.
The couple, along with their daughter Raha and Neetu Kapoor, were often seen supervising the construction.
Reports suggest the family could move in soon, possibly choosing an auspicious date for their big shift.
Ranbir and Alia, who tied the knot in April 2022, are set to reunite onscreen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.
Meanwhile, Alia will next be seen in YRF’s spy thriller Alpha, while Ranbir preps for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Part 1, releasing Diwali 2026.
