New Torture From Mobile Network Causes Harassment

It is known news that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has come up with the new rule that all mobile users have to submit their verification documents once again. Since then, customers have been getting non stop calls from executives regarding the submission of the same.

As if that is not enough, a particular mobile network has taken a new method and this has become a pain for all its users. Apparently, this has begun from December 31st onwards and it seems that whenever a customer dials a number to speak to someone, he/she gets a long message for 3 minutes before actually connecting the call.

So, those who wanted to wish their loved ones a Happy New Year had to go through the message everytime for three minutes. This became a torture and since there was no barring this message, all had to listen to it. Well, this mobile service provider is said to be famous for its ‘Ideas’ to solve various problems.
