With each passing day, the fairer gender has been vying to prove only one thing- they are equal to men and some are taking a step ahead to prove that they are better than men. While this dynamism has resulted in more of drawbacks than advantages, here is something which has become a concern.
According to reports from the various hangouts in Hyderabad, it is being noticed that there has been a sharp increase in the number of ladies who are taking to boozing. To add to the woes, it is being noticed that nearly half of them are married. While some are young aging between 22-25 years, there is another section which is between 36-45 years.
A staff member from a noted pub based at Begumpet revealed “There has been a 30% increase in lady boozers from last year. Most of them come from corporate background and the IT field. Few others are from other cities and towns. But interesting thing to note is, there is an increase in the local ladies as well since we are getting to see them every other week.”
