Mahesh Hosted Anna Hazare In NJ

Indian social activist Anna Hazare came to USA to lead the 33rd annual India Day parade in NY on the invitation FIA. Mr.Hazare attended several public events hosted by NRI communities across USA and was very busy for the past one week and had a lunch at Mahesh Bigala’s residence in NJ prior to his departure to India. He spent quality time with the NRI Telugu Community Leaders and shared his views on the current situation in India.

He said the corruption is the biggest problem that our country is facing and the youth transformation is the key to rebuild the corruption free nation. He explained that he became active in the society at the age of 26 and sacrificed his life and did his part to the society.

When he was asked we need a good leader to lead India. He replied stating that, not only India, any nation or even house hold need a good leader and it has to start from home. We also need to learn and practice to give something to the society to build the corruption free nation that has equal justice to all.

He was awarded the  Padma Bhushan the third-highest civilian award by the Government of India in 1992 for his efforts in establishing this village as a model for others.
