Covid-19 cases are increasing across the globe for last few weeks and several Tollywood celebrities too infected with the virus.
Meanwhile, actor Nithiin’s wife Shalini tested positive for the virus.
Nithiin wished Shalini on her birthday, maintaining physical distance.

Nithiin is seen wishing Shalini by cutting cake in the video, while Shalini stands near window in the apartment.
Nithiin informs the video was captured by his good friend Venky Kudumula who provided him biggest hit of his career with Bheeshma.
