IT recruiting jobs training & Placements by APSSDC

The Andhra Pradesh State Skills Development Corporation (APSSDC) has launched a new program called Recruitment Process Outsourcing to provide the necessary training to select qualified personnel to work in IT staffing companies in the United States. To this end, Sajjala Ramakrishnareddy, State Government Advisor Challa Madhusudan Reddy, Advisor, Skill Development Training Department, AP Government Special Representative (North America) Pandugayala Ratnakar, MD Bangara Raju, MD, APSSDC, CGM Technical Dr Ravi Gujjula released the recruitment process outsourcing poster at Tadepalli office.

On this occasion, Challa Madhusudan Reddy, Advisor, Department of Skill Development Training said that besides getting the opportunity to do internships in international institutions by enhancing their skills while studying, the students will also get the opportunity to speak with the representatives of international organizations through this program. Challa Madhusudan Reddy suggested that degree and engineering students should take advantage of this program.

AP government special Representative (North America) Pandugayala Ratnakar said.. An IT company transfers all or part of the technical recruitment / sales staff selection to clients for their IT staffing needs. He said the main purpose of the program was to select competent people to work in the IT sector through the recruitment process outsourcing approach and connect them to IT companies in America. There are between 5,000 and 10,000 such jobs available internationally.

Engineering and degree students are eligible to apply for this program. Those selected can get a bonus of Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 through this program while studying. Before opting for the training, a 30-minute general English test and a two-minute video telling about the candidate are required. Must have good communication skills and writing emails.

Those selected will be given communication and life skills, presentation, behavioral skills, business skills, client communication skills, writing emails, time management skills and on-the-job training.
