There was a time when Bihar was known to be the land of kidnappers, gun toting criminals and shivering acts during broad daylight. However, things have become quite better lately and Patna is getting peaceful. But then, things seem to be picking up in our very own Hyderabad for the wrong reasons.
Recently, a man was spotted on a scooty and he scared the wits out of many as he was waiting for the signal to go green at the Srinagar colony area. Those around lost their bulbs as they spotted the man with a rifle gun slung over his shoulder. They were wondering as to how someone can roam freely with a gun in tow and that too in broad daylight.
Well, the other question was how the man escaped the eyes of the traffic cops. Well, for one, there are hardly any traffic wallahs at the signal junctions as they are busy under the shade of a tree or robbing a poor two wheeler guy of his money in the name of papers.
Whatever it is, this gun wielding scooty rider sure gave the shocks.
