Going For H1 Stamping Is Like Gambling In Casino

For some reason, there is a strong bonding between Andhra Pradesh and America. To put it bluntly, it is more of an obsession than just bonding. The craze that Telugu people have for USA is bizarre. Anyways, to those who are currently in the US holding a H1 visa and planning to visit India for a holiday, think twice. And caution must be exercised if you are planning to revive your visa by appearing for an interview in the US consulate at Hyderabad or Chennai.

Many instances are being reported that despite holding H1 visa and all the required documents which are sufficient for renewal, many applications are getting rejected or put under administration processing (which means you just got to wait till you hear from the embassy). The worst hit are those with families who visit India for a holiday and due to the rejection, they are not in a position to go back and have to part with their mortgages, cell phone contracts, vehicles, furniture etc at throw away prices and suffer huge losses.

Moreover, if all the transactions don’t go smoothly, it affects the credit rating of the individual and it is sure trouble if ever he/she visits the US again. In all this, one thing looks clear. You may have the right kind of paperwork and everything under the sun to prove that you qualify for a visa extension or renewal but if Uncle Sam doesn’t want it, you don’t get it. This is happening primarily with the H1 applicants and a new drive seems to have been initiated which seems to be blocking them from coming back to the dollar land.

There are also reports that it is not just those who go through the Desi consultancies. The problem is being experienced even by employees of MNCs. There has been a significant increase in these instances. So, if you are planning to go for a H1 renewal to Chennai or Hyderabad US consulate then you better be prepared for anything. Because going for H1 stamping is like going to a casino and playing poker.
