Expert Guidance for Indian Students Traveling to the USA

Indian students are currently flocking at American airports due to ongoing orientation programs at American universities, scheduled until September 10.

This significant surge in Indian student presence at American airports has been noticeable for the past 7 days, with indications that the numbers may further increase after August 25.

Conversely, immigration officers at American airports are implementing stringent protocols when admitting students into the country.

Experts are advising students to take precautionary steps to avoid potential deportation.

This includes ensuring they have all the documentation used during their visa interviews, along with updated essential documents.

Students should respond to questions confidently and clearly, utilizing appropriate body language. Any mispronunciations or inability to understand the qustion could raise doubts about TOEFL scores, leading to further questioning from officers to ascertain the student's authenticity.

Students should refrain from mentioning assistance from anyone within the USA and should not express intentions to work while studying. Moreover, students should carry affidavits from parents attesting to their financial capability.

Experts also recommend undergoing mock immigration interviews prior to departure.

Additionally, students must carry an International Driving License and Health Insurance as mandatory requirements.

Landing at airports close to their respective universities is the fundamental guideline to adhere to.
