Apparently, the fingers are pointing towards the IPL cricket tournament and the post match hours which are being doused with glamorous parties filled with hottest women and overflowing liquor. Our bureau working undercover at the venues reveals that there are celebrity brokers who are setting things for the wealthy people and the celebrities.
With the kind of media coverage such parties are getting, many are saying that it may not be the right thing to do so. Since that is not being projected as something of an unethical practice but more of a fun and excitement. Now, many conventional folks are asking as to why the happenings at Thirunaallus, Jataras are taken up very seriously and there are police raids and the wrongdoers brought to justice. To put it plainly, what is happening in these high profile parties is no different from what happens in the countryside. The only difference between both is money and glamour.
But unfortunately, our aam janata gets inspired by what is happening in the celebrity circuit since they consider them to be role models so obviously a reflection of that falls on the working and higher middle sections of society which form the major mass of population in our country. It must be said that even the media must curtail such things though it is all about money, survival and TRPs for them.
At some point, they must realize that they are also morally responsible to the society and there is a morality issue here which creates an impact on the future generations. It would have been appreciated if the media channels can expose the wrong things but publicizing and creating hype about such events is never the right thing to do.
