AP Spotlight: Weak Government Attracting ISI Terrorists

There is an old story which speaks about two monkeys fighting for a piece of roti while the fox comes and takes it away. Right now, something like that seems to be the position of our great Andhra Pradesh.

The credit for that goes to the savage chaos that K Chandrasekhar Rao has been creating in the name of a separate Telangana state while on the other hand, the Congress government led by the veteran K Rosiah has been maintaining a rather defensive stand. While it is not sure when this issue will be sorted out, there are fears that have been generated among the intelligence circles and the common man.

Apparently, the city of Hyderabad has now become famous not just for the IT industry but also for the presence of Terror elements in the city. While the accused of the bomb blasts that took place are still at large, sources reveal that the place has become like a sitting duck to the scheming terrorists, who originally are instigated by the ISI, Pakistan’s intelligence service. There are many who have roots in Pakistan and owing to the poverty and the religious fanaticism, they are being misled to come up with heinous acts in the city. Now, with the current Telangana issue, the state has become quite vulnerable according to security experts and the chances of sleeper cells entering the city is quite high.

Citizens are saying that due to the weak approach of the system, the government is sending out a message that it cannot take care of itself or doesn’t have the ability to handle situations like the Telangana chaos. This would be the right kind of place even the terrorists would look for and given the sensitive state the entire nation is after the attacks, the days ahead will be filled with fear.

As it is, those who hail from non-Telangana region are living under the fear of their properties being damaged since they feel that concrete measures have not been taken up by the government. So one can imagine what is going to be the plight if there is a 26/11 situation in our place. Currently, the situation is such that the terrorists would find this a cake walk to enter into the state and cause any disharmony and chaos. It is about time Rosiah and Co wrap up the KCR issue quickly and get back to business in the best interest of the state.
