AP Formation Day Celebrations In Dallas

As part of the 53rd "Formation  Day of Andhra Pradesh" ("Avatarana Dinotsavam") being celebrated all over USA, several organizations including Dallas YSR Fans, NRI TDP, NRI PRP in coordination with Andhra Pradesh NRI Forum (USA - Dallas Chapter) are conducting a very exciting program on Friday November 26, 2010 in Dallas.

Over 53 years ago in 1953 the dream of over 3 crore (30 Million) Telugu people became a reality with the formation of separate state of Andhra Pradesh - the very first state formation on linguistic basis.  Since then the Telugu-speaking people have grown into a very powerful group of over 7 crore (70 Million) with rich agricultural, industrial, technological and academic distinctions.  This great progress came with self-less service, leadership, vision and sacrifices from many a leaders across Andhra Pradesh.

Today, with present political conditions, there is a great danger for the unity of this great state of Andhra Pradesh and there is a strong movement to split the state into pieces.

To protect the interests of people of Andhra Pradesh and to educate them on the pros & cons of splitting the state, AP NRI Forum (USA) has assembled a galaxy of political leaders across several political parties of Andhra Pradesh to share their thoughts with NRIs of USA.

The leaders include: Sri Modugula Venugopala Reddy (MP - Narasaraopet), Sri Ganta Srinivasarao (MLA - Anakapalli), Sri Payyavula Keshav (MLA - Uravakota), Sri Gadikota Sreekanth Reddy (MLA -Rayachoti ), Sri Teegala Krishna Reddy (Ex-MLA - Hyderabad), Sri Adusumilli Jayaprakash (Ex-MLA Vijayawada).

As part of that program several Dallas organizations like the Dallas YSR Fans, NRI TDP and NRI PRP etc. are conducting this exciting program in Dallas at Courtyard Theater, 1500 Avenue "H", Plano, Texas on Friday November 26, 2010 between 6:00pm and 10:30pm.  Huge number of supporters of United Andhra Pradesh are expected to join the celebrations.
