Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy was shocked to receive "CM post offer" from a union minister, if he quits TDP and join BJP.
This happened during recent election campaigning in Warangal Lok Sabha bypoll, where BJP-TDP fielded a common candidates to take on TRS.
Revanth Reddy, who is known for oratory skills and sharp criticism on KCR and his family members, as usual attracted crowds in the public meeting with his sharp remarks and punch dialogues on KCR, KTR, Kavita and Harish Rao.
Union minister Hansraj Gangaram, who was also present in the meeting, was amazed to see Revanth getting such a huge response from public.
After Revanth completed his speech and sat besides Hansraj, he asked Revanth to quit TDP and join BJP and even promised that the party would announce him as "CM candidate' for Telangana in 2019 elections, if he joins BJP.
He even assured to speak on this issue with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah, if Revanth agrees to join BJP.
But Revanth declined the offer saying that he was more than happy in TDP and has no plans to quit the party.
He told Hansraj that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu encouraged him when he was no one in the party and gave many posts and recognitions and he can't desert him.
