Pawan Kalyan did his bit by flying into Vizag and personally handing over the Rs 50 lakh check for relief measures. Though it was said that he would be touring the three districts of Uttarandhra, he returned after cancelling the plans.
The reason being stated is that due to his fans flocking to see him, Pawan decided not to extend his tour as it would stall the relief activities going on.
He expressed his views saying that the government would carry out relief measures promptly in Vizag and neighbouring areas.
He lauded the efforts of Chandra Babu Naidu saying that he was personally overseeing the relief measures.
Pawan also shared that having to work with people has resulted in delays in restoring electricity.
He said that nearly 40,000 electric poles were being put up to ensure that there is power supply in the region.
