Mysoora Reddy who is now with YSRCP has been unhappy with his position in the party. So, talk is that he is playing an active role in taking up the agitation for a separate Rayalaseema.
Since Vijaya Sai Reddy is likely to get nominated to the Rajya Sabha next time, Mysoora is said to be considering leaving the party.
Also, there is discontent in the region over Amaravathi being announced as the new capital. Already, two to three committees have been formed to fight for the agitation.
And prior the elections Byreddy had already triggered the spirit of agitation in the region. It is being said that there is pressure on him to lead the agitation and since his political days are numbered, he too is considering taking up the cause before he retires.
Talk in political circles is that soon a Rayalaseema Agitation committee will be formed under Reddy's guidance.
And talks are being held with Rayalaseema leaders from Bangalore and Hyderabad to put together a plan of action.
Well, it remains to be seen what their agenda will be and how they go about it.
