We are talking about Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary of Rajahmundry. He is MLA from Rajahmundry rural, but is also dominating the party in Rajahmundry Urban, which is represented by BJP.
He even ensured that Chandrababu's diehard supporter Ganni Krishna is not getting even a small post in the party.
Sources say Chandrababu is not questioning him because being a five-time MLA, he might ask a minister's post.
