Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is gradually turning out to be another Hitler for his opponents, if his plan to introduce a legislation to throw his critics behind the bars is any indication.
This was pointed out by Telangana Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Monday.
He described the “Prove or Perish law” proposed to be introduced by the Telangana Government as a “draconian law” aimed at stifling the voice of the Opposition.
Speaking to the media at the Assembly Media Point, Sudhakar Reddy said that such an Act thought of by KCR exposed his feudal and Hitlerism mentality.
It also exposed the fear psychosis of the chief minister about his administration being exposed for all its omissions and commissions, he observed.
Ponguleti declared that the Congress party would not be cowed down by such unconstitutional and undemocratic measures of the TRS Government and would continue to strive and expose the misdeeds of the present regime.
