It was evident from the way he gave a threatening to his party MLAs stating that he would dissolve the State Assembly if TRS loses the fifth seat in MLC polls.
According to analysts, KCR's statement on going for fresh polls, within one year of coming to power, reflects his lack of faith on the MLAs of his own party.
In 2014 polls, KCR had no expectations of winning the elections. He himself was shocked by the results. He did not trust the TRS MLAs from Day-1.
For the same reason, despite having majority in the House, he lured MLAs of other parties to prevent any possible revolt. He even inducted traitors of Telangana into his cabinet.
The fresh statement proves that KCR still has no faith on TRS MLAs and feels that they will resort to cross-voting in MLC elections, sources said.
