Till recently, Venkayya Naidu on being questioned on special status to AP had a stock answer for that: Special status to AP is under consideration. Now, he seems to have moved on to the next level which is silence on the issue.
He recently convened a press meet in which he said that the government will go in for an ordinance if the ‘Land Bill’ was not passed in Rajya Sabha. One reporter then asked Naidu on the progress made on the issue of giving special status to AP.
Venkayya Naidu declined to comment on the issue. This should firmly convince the people of AP that they should not have any hope left on this issue.
Ultimately, what Venkayya and his saffron band fail to realize is that they will meet the same fate as that of the Congress for backstabbing the people of AP on such a hugely important issue. Of course, the TDP is also partly to blame for the sad state of affairs!
Despite numerous insults thrown her way, if the wife puts up with her husband then she will continuously be taken for granted. Similar is the case of TDP and BJP.
