Cracks Surface In TJAC?

Within hours of the Telangana government successfully thwarting the rally of the unemployed in Hyderabad on Wednesday, cracks surfaced in the Telangana Joint Action Committee.

A few leaders of the TJAC led by its co-convenor Pittala Ravinder boycotted the TJAC steering committee and walked out of its meeting in what they called the unilateral decisions of TJAC chairman Prof M Kodandaram.

They questioned as to why Kodandaram had decided against holding the rally at Nagole grounds and defied the high court order. They accused him of flooring a big chance of embarrassing the TRS government.

Ravinder, who was apparently brainwashed by the TRS leadership secretly, started questioning Kodandaram in the steering committee meeting for taking the unemployed rally as a prestige issue of his own.

When he pointed out that where the need to hold the rally in the first place since the KCR government was taking steps to fill up the vacancies, it was pretty evident that Ravinder had fallen into the trap of the TRS.

Already, the TJAC is left with only a few leaders. With Ravinder walking out, some more leaders are also expected to follow suit.

By and large, KCR is very much successful in splitting the TJAC and it remains to be seen how Kodandaram would face the situation in future.
