Ex minister C Ramachandraiah has made some interesting comments regarding the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh.
He made an interesting observation by stating that caste feelings were detrimental to progress and development in Vijayawada.
Already, the Congress has been vehemently criticizing the ruling TDP that they had taken a unilateral decision in making the Vijayawada the most probable capital of AP.
Ramachandraiah made these comments during a convention held in Hyderabad regarding the issue.
A few others also towed his line by saying that the ruling TDP did not take the opinions of other party leaders while deciding Vijayawada as the capital city.
Meanwhile, YSRCP leader Mysoora Reddy warned TDP that the unilateral decision about the capital will lead to problems in future and added that it might lead to demonstrations and rallies in Rayalaseema soon.
