But since most of the GO’s were self-serving in nature, social activists and concerned citizens used to challenge them in the judiciary resulting in a lot of brickbats for KCR.
Therefore, KCR responded in his usual manner by shutting down the website completely. Stating that this was in violation of section 4 of the RTI Act and a blow to transparency, Dasoju Sravan Kumar, Chief Spokesperson of Telangana Congress Committee filed a petition in the High Court.
When the judiciary questioned the T-government on why the website was shut down, do you know what the answer from the latter was? They said that repairs were going on in the website and they would be completed within three weeks.
Hearing this response, the judge shot up and he angrily asked the T-government to make the website fully functional within three weeks. Three weeks for repairing a website? Ha Ha Ha!
