There is a clear reason why many NRIs are showing interest in commercial spaces in Hyderabad.
It is well known that Hyderabad is not just an IT hub but also a rapidly growing real estate hub in India, with prices that are still relatively reachable.
For example, if a commercial space is purchased for about Rs 8 crore in Hyderabad, it can yield a monthly rent of around Rs 5 lakh to Rs 6 lakh.
In comparison, a similar investment in the United States may generate only about Rs 3 lakh per month in rental income.
Moreover, office spaces in prime locations in the US can cost around Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 per square foot, making them extremely expensive.
In Hyderabad, however, commercial spaces are available at around Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 per square foot, which is comparatively affordable.
With the growing number of Global Capability Centers setting up operations in Hyderabad, the demand for office spaces is rising further.
