Telangana's Richest Village: Average Price Per Acre Rs 130 Cr

Kokapet has officially turned into the richest village in Telangana after the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority completed its Neopolis Phase-3 land auction.

The demand from top real estate developers once again shows that Hyderabad remains one of India’s strongest and most reliable property markets.

With only a few plots available, leading companies fought hard to secure land in this fast-growing area.

The auction brought record-breaking prices.

Plot 15 was sold for Rs 151.25 crore per acre to GHR, Urban Blocks and Lakshmi Infra. Godrej Properties won Plot 16 with a bid of Rs 147.75 crore per acre.

Vajra Constructions secured Plot 17 for Rs 136.25 crore per acre, while MSN Realty took Plot 18 for Rs 137 crore per acre.

Yula Globus Developers bought Plot 19 for Rs 131 crore per acre, and Brigade Group won Plot 20 for Rs 118 crore per acre.

On average, land prices touched about Rs 130 crore per acre, making Kokapet the new symbol of Hyderabad’s booming real estate success and the richest village in the state.
