KCR back in action from Oct 15, says BRS

Allaying fears of Bharat Rashtra Samithi president and Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao suffering from serious infections, the BRS state office issued a statement on Monday evening saying the chief minister will be back into action from October 15.

According to the statement, KCR will address a meeting of all the BRS candidates for the coming assembly elections at Telangana Bhavan on October 15 and issue them B-forms, authorising their candidature as official nominees of the party.

He would explain the rules and regulations of the election commission to the candidates and suggest a blue print on how to go about with the election campaign in the next one and a half month.

At the same time, KCR will also release the BRS election manifesto on the same day, thereby plunging into action.

Though he was supposed to address a huge public rally in Warangal on the day, the state has not given any such clarification.

On the same day, he will leave for Husnabad assembly constituency, where he would address a massive public meeting at 4 pm on the same day.

It, however, said the BRS president would begin tour of districts and assembly constituencies in the next three days to address meetings – starting from Jangaon and Bhongir on October 16, Siddipet and Siricilla on October 17 and Jadcherla and Medchal on October 18.

On November 9, KCR will file nominations for the assembly elections from Kamareddy and Gajwel, after performing the ritual of making special prayers at Konayapalli village of Siddipet constituency in the morning. Later, he will address a public meeting at Kamareddy, the BRS statement said.
