The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) is preparing for one of the most high-profile land auctions in recent years, with premium plots located at the heart of Hyderabad’s booming growth corridor set to go under the hammer.
The auction is scheduled for October 6 at 3 PM and will take place for land situated at Raidurg – Knowledge City (Survey No. 83/1).
The total land parcel measures 18.67 acres, divided into two lots — one of 11 acres and another of 7.67 acres.
The plots are strategically located in a zone widely regarded as Hyderabad’s new economic powerhouse, home to IT hubs, corporate offices, and some of the city’s biggest real estate developments.
Industry circles are already buzzing with talk of record-shattering bids.
Estimates suggest the auction could fetch as much as ₹130 crore per acre, a figure that would not only set new benchmarks for Hyderabad but also potentially redefine land valuations across the country.
Several big names are expected to join the fray.
Developers and corporations such as Sattva, Hetero, MSN, Godrej, Brigade, Megha Engineering, and Prestige are among the likely contenders, with speculation that a few surprise bidders might also emerge at the last moment.
If the projections materialize, the Raidurg auction could rewrite India’s real estate playbook and further cement Hyderabad’s reputation as the nation’s fastest-growing property market.
The stakes are high, and industry insiders believe the outcome of this auction will send ripples through the sector for years to come.
